Matt what you wrote was heart breaking but filled with hope & excitement too -its so great to see the three of you able to head off together on the bikes! Joey’s chariot looks so cool! We had a look at the pics of his first day at school too-loads of milestones for the Swift family at the mo, savour them all, keep pedalling & we’ll chat soon

I know how much cycling has played a big part in your lives BC and so glad to hear that you have been out riding again in the sunshine as a family. But from what I recall, you need 48 hours of rain, plastic bags round your feet and a bus shelter to make it truely memorable! Joe must be your lucky charm on the weather front!!
